I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of subleasing, and their flexible lease terms made it so much easier to plan my stay. The apartment had everything I needed—Wi-Fi, a desk, and even regular cleanings. It was also in a great location, which made commuting to my office a breeze.

We are renting an apartment with Outpost for our daughter, who is in college. She’s had repeated issues with water coming into her bedroom through the ceiling of the apartment above her. She’s requested maintenance repeatedly. I’ve called. No one has done anything. There is visible mold on the wall above her bedroom door.

Pretty satisfied with the apartment so far. It was the most affordable property in my preferred neighborhood of Bed-Stuy which is why I chose it. It was missing a few items like hangers and other household products, but the Outpost team replaced them upon request.

The house is great, and the people here are really nice. The staff was very helpful when I was choosing my room. I was a bit worried about the Wi-Fi at first, but it turned out to be pretty solid.

I chose this place based on my budget, and I’m really glad I did. The amenities are definitely worth it, and the room is cozy — everything feels just right. I also really appreciated having access to the backyard.
