Outlook Ridge Apartments

I recently just moved out of these apartments and had the pleasure of working with Alyssa through the whole process of move in and move out. She is awesome and very kind and courteous… everyone in that office is! The office also does cute little holiday themed treat days or just random ones throughout the year (like popcorn, coffee,hot cocoa, ice cream and they even were giving away pumpkin pies at thanksgiving!) I had a very pleasant year at these apartments… they are quiet (for as much as apartments can be). I only had a few issues (two of which was not at fault of the apartment complex) which was that my license plate was stolen off of my vehicle parked outside the building, my boyfriends window got broken, and someone reported my dog off leash -when he wasn’t- to the office and I got a

Sad to hear they take advantage of senior citizens by showing an apartment that’s nice and clean then have them sign a contract over email. When they get the keys to the apartment it is unlike the one they showed them! They mislead them into a 2000 dollar loss because of there shady practices and refused to give money back to a couple on fixed income. Not good business practice.

We loved it here. Moved in Feb 2014 and stayed for 9 1/2 years. It was our home and we would have stayed but had to move for health reasons. The office staff is professional and friendly, I use the word integrity when I think of Delia and her staff. Maintenance has always promptly handled any issues we had. We found this property to be the nicest, most modern, in Pueblo. They have rules and are enforced. So pets must be on leashes, don’t smoke weed. Rule violations will cause fines and eventually eviction if the behavior continues. We didn’t have a problem with the rules because they are mostly common sense and consideration for others living here. My cat wants to add his own review via photos…

I lived at the Ridge apartments for while 3 years ago. I never had and issue with the staff nor the complex as a whole. I felt the front office was always there and the maintenance staff always looked into any issue for me. I moved out after a year, but for the reasons above, I am now moving back December of 2025. I appreciate this complex and the staff for their help during my relocation. Bob Pritekel
