Outlook DTC Apartments

The new office team members are incredibly sweet and welcoming. They are always available, thoughtful, and quick to help whenever needed. I used to feel hesitant about going to the office to ask for assistance, but everything changed once Hayley took over. The atmosphere became warm and supportive, and I always felt comfortable reaching out. Truly the friendliest staff members! I highly recommend Hayley, Peggy, and Greta—they genuinely have your best interests at heart. ✨

I had a tour at Outlook led by Greta and she was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to truly understand my wants and needs with an apartment. It was the best apartment tour I have ever been on. She knew the property, was able to answer my questions and helped me find the perfect floor plan. I could not recommend more! Definitely ask for Greta when touring!

I recently moved into Outlook DTC apartments and couldn’t have had an easier or stress free experience. The apartment was very cleanly and had I no difficulties during the move in process because Haley and Peggy made sure all of my needs were met. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of before I got my keys. Every interaction I’ve had so far has been amazing and everyone is so friendly and caring. You can tell that they truly care about the people living here and keeping the community happy. I couldn’t recommend choosing this as your next home enough.

The team here at Outlook has been so helpful in finding me the perfect apartment and helping out with my move in. They are so friendly at the front desk. Ask for Peggy at the front she is always smiling, kind, and professional. Bryant the maintenance man is great too!

I recently toured Outlook DTC while apartment hunting since I will be moving to Denver soon. While I ultimately didn't choose Outlook, Peggy Hogenson at the leasing office was a great tour guide and resource in my search. She was great at keeping in contact with me leading up to and following my tour there, and while I was there she took the time to really delve into what I was looking for in an apartment home before she showed me some units that best fit my criteria, as well as thoroughly explaining all of the amenities that Outlook offered and answering all of my questions. She's a big reason I'll keep Outlook in mind if I ever decide to move again in the near future!
