Ottawa Landings Apartments

I moved into Ottawa Landings on Halloween! The beginning started rough due to personal issues but Toya, The leasing manager, did everything in her power to accommodate are parties involved. Toya remained professional and courageous throughout the whole process and she is the main reason I will speak volumes about these apartments. She’s amazing and very understanding and she holds everyone equally accountable for their own actions and as mentioned, she keeps things professional! Other amazing thing is Toya had our apartment walls painted for us prior to moving in as long as we supplied the paint. I will be adding pics of that also. As far as an apartment, this is the most personal I’ve ever been allowed to decorate my place and that’s super important to me. To be allowed to express myself

I’ve lived here for a few years now and I have absolutely LOVED it. It’s pretty quiet, nothing crazy ever happens in these apartments. That is a blessing thank goodness. The property manager Latoya is honestly one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. Unlike any other property manager I’ve had to deal with. She’s professional but also still feels like a friend. Would recommend 100000 times truly because of that woman!! This was her welcome gift when I moved in❤️ The sweetest soul

Lived in these apartments for over 5 years (April 2020-August 2025) and had an overall good experience! The apartment suited our needs and was reasonably priced. Never had any issues with neighbors, maintenance was rarely needed but when they were, they always fixed any issues promptly. I thought the location was good, could get anywhere you needed to go in the area in 10-15 mins. The standout though was Latoya, the property manager for the last few years. She was a joy to work with, always had a smile on her face and a kind word to share. And just recently as we moved out of state, she was incredibly helpful, provided a lovely letter of reference and made the transition very smooth! She was always great to work with and I highly recommend her and Ottawa Landings to those seeking apartment

We have been here for a bit over a year now and love it. The community is nice and quiet, the apartments are a nice size, and being conveniently close to UT is so helpful as a student. The property manager, Latoya, is SO amazing!! She addresses any concerns immediately and does everything she can to help us with whatever we may need. Anytime we have interacted with her, she always does what she can to make sure that we are satisfied with every aspect of our living here!

My wife and I have lived here for about 4 years, and we both agree everyone is amazing! Maintenance is always there at any point in time day or night. The buildings are nice and cozy, and very spacious for the prices. I will also say the landlord… BEST LANDLORD!!! Hands down!!! She has handled all and issues my wife and I have ever had in such a timely manner. I have never felt unwelcome living here. I can definitely say we won’t be going anywhere any time soon. I would highly recommend being a part of the Ottawa landings Community.
