She demonstrated a deep understanding of the current rental market and was committed to finding the right tenants for each property. I appreciated how approachable and transparent her communication was, keeping me informed about the showings and providing me with feedback on how to make the houses ready to rent. She was handled it all- from taking high- quality professional photos & 3D tours of each house with compelling descriptions, advertising the houses across multiple platforms (Zillow, Trulia, and HotPads) , to reviewing applicants and screening incoming tenants

The staff was always efficient, responsive and friendly. Issues in my apartment were generally addressed within few days, if not the same day. Moving in and moving out processes was smooth. They value long term residents so rental prices are very reasonable. I really appreciate their support.

I worked with Paulina to rent my apartment. She was the best since day one. The day I went to fill out my application I was late and she stayed after hours with me until I was done . She answered all my questions and helped me set up all the apartment utilities . Every time I have a question she’s always there to answer them and help me out. I had the best experience and see myself working with Otay Mesa Realty in the future if the opportunity arise.

I’ve lived in a lot of apartments before, but none of my previous landlords/leasing companies compare to Otay Mesa Realty. They are very helpful and prompt. Whenever I have any issues, they take care of any problems basically overnight. I’ve never had such a great apartment experience before now.
