I've stayed at this complex for about 3 years. I was very appreciative of the opportunity to stay as a first time renter. My unit was older and in need of an update, but for the price 1bed/1ba, I couldn't complain. What I could complain about is the lack of communication and maintenance issue that I experienced there. For example, besides the one mouse I had to get rid of myself, I had a leaking faucet in the tub from move-in August 2022. It didn't get fix until after the hurricane of 2024. The ticket Kept slipping through the cracks on the Maintenance side, Ticket kept getting closed. I assume my ticket wasn't of importance. I had to take time off from work to speak to the office multiple times... Phones always busy... Turnover of staff... Not acceptable for living conditions I've paid f

My name is Priscilla Jones and I was having a hard time with my Umbrello app I needed help so I came to the office. Valerie is my leasing agent but she was busy. Even though Josh was busy he started helping me that Friday and told me to come back Saturday. When I came in, he was busy showing and moving people into apartments and he still went beyond and beyond of to help me submit the right paperwork for my umbrello app and I really appreciate it thank you Josh!!

If you are looking for a place to rent, please, please read the reviews here before signing the lease. The management here is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I would give 0 or negative stars if I could. They do everything in their power to NOT help you. Problems you have will never get fixed. Create a work order, nothing will happens. Hardly ever a real person in the office and when you actually can speak to someone in person they tell you maintenance won’t come unless it’s an absolute emergency. If you have an issue in your unit, be prepared to fix it yourself. I’ve had a work order open for months and they still have not fixed it or hardly acknowledged it after speaking with them in person multiple times. Horrible apartments, wouldn’t recommend. Rats have been a CONSTANT issue for a little over a year. My building was apparently infested with rats and I’ve literally seen 3 rats one night. I’ve seen 2 on separate occasions. One huge one in my bedroom and one in the kitchen. I’ve notified the office plenty of times. Sometimes they send out a maintenance guy but his only solution is putting glue traps down which don’t solve anything. That’s something I can easily do myself. I’m just completely over this hell hole at this point. The amount of rats is horrendous and definitely a code violation. The health department needs to take a look at these apartments and honestly demolish them because these apartments are clearly not up to code.

Old and out dated and hard to get things fixed in your appointment.. the new staff in office now are very nice and professional.. compared to the last staff they had a GREAT improvement with they current staff… been here five years I have not really had a problem… only where my apartment is located we have very limited parking for tenants or guess.. I feel that each apartment should have there apartment number painted in a spot so at least when a person come home the have some where to park..people with two vehicles should park one of their cars on back parking lot… and this apartment have no amenities for people with disabilities- handicapped. I enjoy the staff and something’s are out of the control so I do understand… I contact their corporate office when I feel things need to be done.
