Osprey Landing Apartments

Dirty, staff was not welcoming. The building was locked when I arrived for an appointment. A worker drove up and let me in, but did not tell anyone why I was there and left me standing in the clubhouse. Person behind desk talked to worker and never acknowledged me. She eas complaining.. I walked into the clubhouse and there was the leasing agent pouring dirty mop water into clubhouse sink. We toured via a golf cart that she first had to unload full garbage bags from. Clutter and snack bags in front seat. It felt very dirty. Apartment was "renovated", but they obviously put lipstick on a pig. This is a real shame because location to Greenfiled Lake is so great. Overall impression was that I wanted to leave as soon as I got there.

Osprey Landing has brought calmness and peace of mind for quiet enjoyment. It is a place to enjoy nature at its best. With this slow life rhythm and waking up to the sounds of the cheerful birds it has become home. The location is close to walk to Greenfield Park with a serene lake setting, a great place for reflection. The fragrance garden has a backdrop that is picturesque. It brings joy to see the water fountain and the landscaped florals that the city of Wilmington has created. Osprey Landing is very convenient to walk home from the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater after a magical concert, play, or festival. These wonderful year-round bands that come to Wilmington make Osprey a unique place to live. To be able to hear these incredible bands from our units is a great plus. Our units are

Back when I was growing up these apts used to be very well maintained. There was no working on your cars in the parking lot. There was no leaving your trash outside your door or on the patio. I remember when I was 15 yrs old this apt complex had a three yr waiting list. That's how nice these apts were at one point. Now, it's a upscale Houston Moore. Trash left outside the door and on the patio. Car's being worked on like it's a auto mechanic shop. It's just ridiculous how much this place has gone down hill. The only nice looking building is the business office of course. The rest of the property is poorly kept up. Maintenance is very lazy. That comes to view as soon as you enter the property. I would move out here unless it was my very last choice. And, I don't see that happening any time

The staff here is very kind. Had a tour the other day and both the ladies in the office gave me all the information I needed. I pray I get approved for and apartment here. The grounds as soon as your drive in the property you can tell they do a good job. The pool is a real nice size. The unit are for sure older but they do not look it on the inside the renovation make them look brand new. I would 10/10 recommend moving here. Again the staff here were so friendly and kind. I read some of the reviews and the Stephen guy does not make any sense at all because this property looks really great. I can bet he didn’t go into a unit.
