Osito Ridge Apartments

I moved into Osito about one year ago. Lizette and the crew are always there to help and the maintenace team is amazing. I love living here.

Great location nestled right on the riverwalk with all its greenery. Regular sweeps keep it safe and clean. Major shopping and dining plex right across the footbridge but you'd never know it was there. Working with Paul and Lizette was fantastic. The process of approval was much easier with their guidance and advocacy. Thank you!

Been living here 15+ years . Location is great, neighbors are friendly ! Ever since Lisette became manager here at Osito Ridge everything has been much better! She make sure things are repaired when needed , keeps the apartments clean. She’s super friendly & professional.

The property manager Lisette is wonderful! My husband and I inquired about a two bedroom apartment but at the time there was nothing available. Well within a couple of days Lisette came through for us! She communicates fast and efficiently and really cares about her residents and future residents! We are very grateful for her! Thank you!! :)

Hello the manager and management is awesome. Lisette I give her a+ but there are issues that I think could use some work to ensure everyone can be happy there’s a few neighbors that let there dogs out and they pee on the front of the doors and stairs it always smells like dog pee the parking is horrible the visitor spot is always full with the same vehicles they never leave and when someone comes to visit there’s never no where for them to park . Other then that it’s been a blessing being here .
