Osceola Property Management

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. They consistently make false claims about repairs—reporting that issues have been fixed when nothing has actually been done. On multiple occasions, I was told maintenance had been completed, yet the problems persisted, and in some cases worsened. The lack of honesty and accountability is deeply frustrating. When I asked for proof or follow-up, I either received vague answers or no response at all. It’s clear that tenant or owner well-being is not a priority. If you're considering renting a property managed by this company, or using them if you are the landlord proceed with caution. Dean is always out the office, Lauren always has a headache, and Joanne has no clue what she is doing and she is only there

I rented property for over 6 years never had a problem with them fixing things. When we fell on hard times they worked with us because we spoke to them immediately. And when we were ready to buy our own home they had no problem with us breaking the lease. We have been in our home for 1 year.

I rented from them for 2 years. All repairs that was needed (due to poor condition to the house) was very slow. We had a colony of bats living in our house and did nothing for a year and a half. I was told I was one of the few tenants that actually payed my bill on time every month. Also poor communication between all 3 parties. The home owner was unaware of many thing that need to be repaired and was billed for things that was never an issue. When the management was going repair something, they would show up out of the blue, no phone call or warning.

They rip Tennants off charge them for blinds that the Tennant paid for since they had no blinds when they moved in and charged them for a replacement of refrigerator that work only problem was the ice maker and they were supposed to fix that when they moved in. Would not recommend anyone renting from them they lie and cheat Tennant out of their hard working money.

Joanne has been an awesome worker for Osceola properties. But ever since Lauren has taken over renting property it has been a miserable experience for me. She is unprofessional
