Osceola Bend Apartments

Well, even though I haven't been able to rent at the community because they have a waitlist for what I need, the office staff is helpful and kind. I should have listened to Jaime when she told me to apply on my first visit early last year, I would be on the waitlist or maybe even moved in. The pricing is super reasonable and the area has almost everything. They now have a few days they are open to the public and also the appointment only days, before it was closed. I can honestly say the team is very informative, kind and friendly.

I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!! Not only do they they to Throw you out and evict you for any little thing god forbid you get sick and fall behind on your rent within a week your in court. ! Nosey neighbors that make false accusations and false police reports about noise complaints ! They called the police on my kids because they were playing loud said they heard adults arguing and I wasn’t even home!!!! The apartments have roaches and when they come to fumigate they squirt two spots in the kitchen and keep going. A lot of gangs fights from kids that come from the loop plaza. Oh and god forbid they find a piece of you trash mail by mistake they will charge you a $50 fine. Oh and not to mention I was told at the beginning of this year to do my recertification! Robinson Adrien is a very nice person. Whenever I put in a work order call it would not be dressed for months. A d if known would see him outside he would always try his best to help me. I believe he should be the manager of the maintenance team.

Big shoutout to our amazing maintenance team here at Osceola Bend Apartments! You all go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. From quick repairs to always showing up with a friendly attitude, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything you do to keep our community in great shape!

I live here. It’s a great place. I have a lot of friends and Their property is super nice oh forgot how we have assigned parking spots
