Ortega Village Apartments

I’ve lived at Ortega Village for the past 5 years and have seen several management changes during that time. Some were better than others. But without question, Vicki has been the best property manager we’ve had. Even though she’s always busy running the community, she still makes time to handle resident issues with patience and professionalism. What stands out the most is her consistency, she listens, follows through, and truly believes cares about the residents here. That level of attention and dedication makes a huge difference in the quality of living at Ortega Village. Ms Roberts has set the standard high, and I can honestly say she’s hands down the best manager this property has ever had.

When I first moved here it was ok, eventually neighborhood kids took over the pool area and no steps were taken to stop the disturbances, moved into another apt and had a roach infestation, finally moved into another apt that solved those 2 problems but now I have derelict cars parked where they shouldn't be, large ugly commercial vehicles and an apparent construction dumping grounds right outside my back patio. This is not even being seen apparently by management because they don't walk the property or enforce the rules. AC unit has stopped working 7 times over the past year they come out "fix" it, then withing a month it goes out again.Then there's the homeless guy sleeping in the laundry room which after reporting the security concern as of today he is still in there sleeping and when n

Vicky is an amazing property manager! She’s professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents at Ortega Village. Any concerns are handled quickly, and she goes the extra mile to make the community feel like home.

I currently live here and it's very quiet and clean. I've never had any bugs, the staffs are nice and professional. It's true, the property manager here is also managing their other properties so she leave by 12pm, they need to hire more staff. It seems like they were behind lawn care services and trash a few months ago and was having issues with finding property manager but they have since fixed that issue. The 2 only issues I have, their studio is so tiny and they want almost $1000 for it. That's way too expensive for the 300 square size and the machines in the wash room just doesn't wash clothes properly and they are filthy. I hate having to wash my clothes in there. Grosses me out. I’ve only been here for almost a year as of Oct 2022 & it’s been amazing truly. Micheal who is our NEW management is just AMAZING , he works with you beyond measures to the BEST of his ability. Alexis is also extremely amazing also she made sure I received my trash bin ASAP when I mentioned I didn’t receive one. The maintenance is also pretty fast & extremely respectful, every person there. This is my second place & honestly I wish I would’ve came here first ! I do plan to renew my lease
