Orleans Station

I’m going into my 3rd year living here, and my experience has overall been positive! Maintenance comes very quickly and is very friendly (Mr. Chris is especially very helpful and kind, even when short staffed). I feel safe in the gated areas, and my building is well-maintained/reasonably quiet. It’s very close to work and within walking distance of Aldi/several places to eat, which is a plus. There are frequent discounts & events for residents to meet one another, and each neighbor I’ve met has been nice! I also like that water, sewage, and trash are included in the rent. I do have a few cons, though: - there is no set discount for rent offered when renewing a lease several times. I love living at the Orleans station apartments. The apartments are Modern and updated. The layout is great. Management is fantastic and is always on top of any ongoing issues. Having the gates males me feel more secure. The pool and grill is a lovely amenity in the summer and having a mail room means no more missing packages when I go out of town. Maintenance is always prompt with resolving issues. I love living here!

I relocated here from D.C. about a year ago, and I absolutely love my apartment! I chose the smaller unit with a balcony, and I couldn’t be happier. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and conveniently close to my job at UT. For anyone concerned about noise, there’s a noise ordinance in place, which helps keep things peaceful. The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicative. I rarely hear my neighbors, and the kitchen is modern and well-designed. I only have two minor suggestions: I wish the package room had a kiosk or a more organized system, and it would be great if the in-unit washer and dryer were newer and more energy-efficient. My favorite apartment complex in Memphis. Perfectly located on the edge of Downtown with easy access to Downtown and Midtown plus the rest of the city via the close highway access. Wonderful and respectful neighbors in my building. My unit was recently remodeled and had everything I wanted. The staff is friendly and accessible. I loved how much I could walk to. Breweries, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores are all available by foot. Highly recommended.
