I honestly don't ever write reviews for anything. Not restaurants, hotels, or any other company. I feel compelled to let people know what they would be getting into by renting with this company. Recently rented for 2+ years, and I can tell you this company will do what they can to avoid helping you. Our house has consistently been ridden with mold due to insulation and poor design (not necessarily their fault), but we had been charged higher rent consistently year by year regardless. They have a hard time being responsive for anything but money, and trying to reach land lords personally is a no go. I have had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. I requested consistent, proactive communication regarding issues with my property and was assured that would be provided. Unfortunately, it has consistently been the opposite--I am always the one reaching out for updates or clarification. In multiple instances, the company charged vague or unapproved fees without prior notice. Most recently, they withdrew $1,300 from my account without informing me or seeking authorization. I only discovered the charge by logging into the portal myself. During the turnover period between tenants, the company took several months to place a new tenant, and it did not appear that meaningful effort was being made. Months before moving, I reached out to end my lease early and even offered to pay both the first month’s rent and the security deposit to make it simple. They declined, said I’d need to find a subtenant, and that I’d remain liable if the new tenant didn’t pay. Fine. I did the work, found a tenant, and thought that was that. Then they changed the terms, saying I had to pay either the first month’s rent or the deposit to avoid liability. I paid the deposit just to get it over with, and they confirmed the lease was terminated. Then, months later, I discovered a rent charge on my credit card after everything had supposedly been settled. When I called, they said they’d refund it. I rarely leave negative reviews and try to give people grace but every interaction I have had with Sarah for the last year and a half has left me feeling horrible as she is so RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have talked to Kim a few times and she is nicer.

It was a very nice apartment/duplex! Clean, well kept. Price is fair for the rental
