Lucinda was incredibly helpful! Found us a beautiful house to buy and got us early move-in as well which was a life saver! Would (and will) definitely use her again!

I rented from Lucinda chapman and this company, there were minor damages after i moved out and the 'assessor' for it was none other than her husband, my security deposit was kept even tho the damages were nowhere near the $2200 deposit, 0/10 would not recommend!

Friendly staff but no properties to offer there are worth living in. There's a shortage of housing locally so there's nothing to choose from that I would hang my hat
