Orchid Run

Orchid Run is truly an amazing place to live! I’m a previous resident, and I absolutely loved my time there. If it weren’t for a job offer in another city, I would still be calling Orchid Run home! When I was first searching for an apartment, I toured several communities, but there was just something about Orchid Run that immediately felt right. It wasn’t just an apartment complex, it was home. The sense of community here is incredible, and I made lifelong friends during my time living there. The staff? Absolutely superb. It’s rare to find a community that is so well-managed and genuinely caring. Renee, Gloria, and Carla are fantastic, always helpful and always greeting you with a smile. And Melissa, even though she was new when I moved out, made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Melisa showed us the spacious apartments that Orchid Run has to offer. Without even a move-in date in mind, Melisa was incredibly helpful, patient and wonderful to work with! Will be back to lease for years to come.

Don’t believe the low ratings. Please read below. If I were to base my rating purely on the apartment within these walls, my rating is a 5. This building is hurricane ready and Irma put it to a test. This building solid. We rarely hear any neighbors. Moving outwards, there are sidewalks and dog walking areas. The parking is first come. There are garages if you can’t put your stuff in your apartment. The amenities are top notch. Of course there is always someone to ruin the party, but this is apartment living. Respect your neighbor and hopefully they will return the gesture. The management. We have seen several people come and go but the maintenance team has been the same. High quality apartments! Haven’t had any issues with the space and when anything does come up they are very quick to address and fix them. Amenities are excellent, but most importantly the staff is wonderful! Carla and Kierra have treated us wonderfully and really feel like family :)

The community is very beautiful and Gloria is the best with of team work provided excellent service and a wonderful environment to be around. My family are so happy
