Orchard View Apartments

I'm very impressed with the appearance and upkeep but I'm most impressed with the property manager Stephanie who spent an hour after the end of her day talking with me and even though it's last minute she said she would do whatever she could to get a home for myself and my daughter to move into on October 1st when we move out of my current place. She also is the only renter related person that hasn't taken advantage of the difficult times and the urgency of this move. I haven't even been inside any of the apartments yet but 5 stars is accurate.

The women running this place is lazy and unprofessional they actually have there water turned off because they didn't pay the water bill. Then she said ya it's my fault because I'm a procrastinating she said shel pay the bill but not the reconnect fee. And to beat it all it's for low income family's. They can't clean flush there toilets run water give baths and take baths. Horrible horrible management. They need to be replaced and a call to better business bureau

Do not, I repeat, do not rent here! These people are horrible and don't care about their renters!!! When i moved in it was nice here, but has declined bad in the past 3 years. Christmas Eve the 2 apartments around us flooded completely and ours partially. Took days to get them to bring someone in to get water out of the carpet. Been asking for treatment for mold (or allergies have gotten worse!). Then, the next week or CH&A control panel fried. Thank goodness the main sprinklers were turned off (pretty sure that's illegal). Still not been fixed, and temps are dropping! If you can find anything else that you can afford (Not Stevens) please go there.

This place was fine until they moved in a bunch of addicts and dealers. Get your car broke into or tires cut now. Rent was dropped due to covid last year. Went to pay on rent last week and told I owed over $6,000. AND on top of that had many rent increases due to maint. and upkeep and can not get anything fixed or replaced. Wonder where the extra money I pay is going..

Moved in about a month I like living here very much.josh and Rodgers are good people and will help you anyway the can.very peaceful
