Really affordable living. It’s awesome that it’s so close to the UMaine campus and Old Town. The people working here are super nice and helpful. They plow the parking lots, will help fix things around the apartment, and are pretty responsive when you need help. The clubhouse is an awesome addition. It’s super well kept too which is great. They have a kitchen, TV, 8 ball table, and a nice gym. It definitely has its quirks and rough spots but it’s a great place overall
Awesome spot to live! 24/7 clubhouse access, super close walk to campus and center of town, and lots of fun! Office staff is always so friendly and helpful :) Vince and Shaelea always help out with any questions I have
Erik talked me through going through our fuse box earlier in the semester when we blew the fuse in two bedrooms and was very helpful, the maintenance service has always been great.
I love living here! The front desk is always helpful and maintenance has a very quick response time!
Orchard Trails has been a great place to live. The employees are always awesome to deal with and have really positive attitudes. After a recent snowstorm, Erik saved me from being towed by asking the driver to wait an extra minute while I moved my car. Little things like that show how they really care.
