Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village Apartments

One star and here’s why! I moved in August and got put out October. My move in date was on a Wednesday and I got a notice on my door Thursday morning already. Prior to me moving in, the property manger and leasing agent knew I had a prior eviction still got approved to move in.(keep this in mind) following Thursday I get told I have unauthorized guest living in my home.( less than 24hrs of move in) as I’m living here I’m getting harassed an watched 24/7 by neighbors and the property manger. Being watch through my living room windows and monitored. I haven’t done anything wrong nor has my boyfriend for us to be on watch. Building 4912 had smokers living there. Smokers of cigarettes, weed, fentanyl.. Complaints have been made to both Kizzy (leasing agent) and Michelle (property manger) noth

We moved in here with our 3 kiddos back in June 2021. The office staff is nothing short of amazing. From the moment we moved in, any issues we had..were addressed the same day and sometimes in a matter of minutes. The maintenance team that were here when we first moved in were absolutely amazing, and since they left and now have a completely new maintenance team I can honestly say, these guys are not any different. Absolutely fantastic. Super personable, speak to you when they enter your home, speak to our kids and if things cannot be resolved right then and there, they walk you through the steps, they communicate their next steps, their intentions and reassure you everything will be fixed. Constantly going over and beyond. I do however, need to give a special shout out to our property man

Payed rent on time every month. Left the apartment in good shape. Then they took my deposit and charged me $1600 because I didn’t give “proper notice” even though we spoke the last week of my lease and I turned my keys in on time. They’re crooks that will charge you for everything they can even if you’re a good tenant. Don’t rent here, run the other way. Also the property manager is extremely rude and hung up on me when I was trying to figure everything out.

I moved into Orchard Ridge back in June of 2021 and can honestly say that I enjoy being here. Besides having loud neighbors above me; the leasing office staff has always answered my questions and are always friendly towards me, the maintenance staff has always helped me when it came to asking about light bulbs, my washing machine, and even my air conditioning, and most importantly the rent here if affordable. The space just for a one bedroom and one bath, is sometimes overwhelming on how big it actually is. They are pet friendly also. Which leads me to say that if you are looking to move here, apply now; this place is amazing.

I absolutely love living here. Management is amazing and informative. I have a baby and I thought the second floor was going to be bad- it’s actually pretty quiet. The elevators and the halls are always clean (at least in our building). I have been living here for a year and just renewed my lease.
