Orchard Park Townhomes

It's very quiet. Any issues get taken care of fast. Definitely recommend checking these out.

Solar system hasn't work since we moved here, advertisement says "pet friendly" but there is not yard on the houses nor dog park (yet) However they mentioned that there will be a dog park and swimming pool on the new construction coming up, which it won't be probably for another year. We been here almost a year. Also, I need to mention that the new construction that they are building. Across from us, are 1,000s of apartments complexes which you will need to cross a "non stop" upcoming traffic which is dangerous for anyone that is trying to use the future pool or dog park, or even get to the local community park. Property is in a great location and the unit is very quiet! Juan, the maintenance staff, is awesome and always has a smile on his face! He is a great asset to this development!

Disappointed in the poor quality of keeping the property free of trash and not enforcing tenants to pick up after their pets. I also expected better care of the landscape. I am hoping that this area doesn’t become an eyesore. I’m also disappointed about the solar tower “generator” in my garage. It’s currently down. This is the second time. The first time, it was down for nearly a month….so much for the technology.

Toured here and really liked the townhomes. Juan was really nice to show us around.
