The leasing office is very kind and helpful. The women are very professional. If there is any kind of problem, they are very alert. They take action and fix the problem. I've lived here for almost a year, and let me say we definitely want to continue our lease. To anyone looking to rent, this is the right place! Especially for first-time renters, they have great move-in deals. 😀 Great community and quiet. The apartments are beautiful inside. The one-bedrooms are very spacious! Omg I cannot express how much gratitude I have for these ladies Joanna , iris and Clarissa since the start have been so helpful going above and beyond in helping us find the right and perfect place for us never hesitate to accommodate us !! Nothing literally in all aspects they have truly been so helpful and given so much information!! This these are the people ladies you’d want to deal with !! The apartments at all locations are beautiful!! Any concerns they’re willing to help with !! They even provide updates and get resolutions for you !! God bless you ladies !! 😭🙏🏻

Joanna was awesome! Best experience ive had, she was so quick with emailing me everything in detail and processing my application. She was so understanding and helpful and she definitely deserves praise and a raise. Thank you so much Joanna. 💖

My husband and I lived here for several years and during our time here, the water was shut off a countless number of times. Every time they shut off the water, we would have to tell the leasing office we had no hot water. This was several times a month. There is dog poop and litter everywhere. New management is incredibly rude. Christian is the new leasing manager and he is incredibly unprofessional and verbally abusive. Since management changed, the place has really gone down hill. When we moved out, we made sure to clean and take pictures. Christian refused to give us our security deposit and claims we did damage and we did not. He is a liar and a thief.

I came to the apartments Miss Joanna was so helpful. She did so quick. They’re very friendly and the apartment is so clean and neat. I don’t understand everyone to work with them.. Miss Iris also very helpful. Thank you both.
