Orchard Crossing Apartments

We visited this Community it was a pleasure to have meet Miss Claire Williams and Miss Vera Crimpbell These two ladies were amazing and professional in educating us and sharing information about this community. wonderful people doing excellent work.

Beyond disappointed w this complex. During my time there they did not only accuse me, twice, of things I was not doing, once we moved out they ALL OF A SUDDEN sent us to collections for a water bill I never even knew about. Does it make sense to pay your rent every month without fail, but not pay your water bill for two years? I never received a bill, once. I have never heard of paying for water at an apartment complex. Doesn't make sense for me to ignore a water bill with a family. For 2 years! It's not logical. So, instead of ever bringing it to my attention, they wait til we move out and STILL never mention it? Then send it to collections? What a horrible way of doing business. I could not be happier to be out of this place. The guys who run the grounds are impeccable, however. And Jerm

I wouldn't know about the complex. You can't get the leasing rep on the phone, to respond to emails, or catch them at their desk. The leasing staff are a direct representation of a community. Perhaps I dodged a bullet instead.

Amazing management and facilities staff!! I've lived here for four years and plan on at least another three. The apartments are spacious for the area/money and the staff is quick to respond to any question or concern, no matter how ridiculous. I appreciate the chance to be a part of this community!!
