The Orange Line Living Team have priority access to numerous homes before they hit the market and their team is different because they focus on departments to handle any and every aspect of a client's needs throughout any transaction. Also, they care about their clients and keeping in touch with them even past the transaction. Sarah H is always somebody you can contact with any questions, and is more than happy to help with whatever it is you need. (Whether it's Real Estate related or not!) I love all of the original content Orange Line puts out consistently about real estate in the DC metro region. Their clear knowledge has lead me to trust them with my future real estate needs. I haven't bought yet but the resources Tyler puts out for first time home buyers has been really helpful. He was also kind enough to invite me to one of the home buyer classes they have at their office. I'm looking forward to the class and my first purchase!
