Ora Seaport Apartments

Ora Seaport has been an outstanding place to live. I’ve lived in another luxury building in the Seaport, and Ora blows it out of the water. The amenities are top‑notch, the apartments are beautiful and modern (currently the newest apartment building in Seaport), and the location can’t be beat (quieter than my last location but still close to all the action). A huge shoutout to the amazing staff—Karen at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful, Olivia the leasing manager is fantastic, and the maintenance team (Al, Neo, and Andrew) is responsive, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend Ora Seaport!

We lived at Ora for 2 years and it was a great experience. Our unit got a ton of natural light, the leasing office is great, and the common spaces were always extremely clean. It’s a great location if you travel a lot because the silver line stop behind the building will take you right to the airport. It’s super quick to get downtown as well, and Seaport is a fun and walkable neighborhood. It’s very dog friendly. There’s a dog grooming/washing room, it’s awesome. Other amenities are great - rooftop pool, free Starbucks coffee machines, gym, comfy common areas. The rooftop sitting areas are so nice. Here’s why it’s 4 stars instead of 5: - the appliances are small. I know that’s probably expected in city apartments, but the oven is SMALL. We had to get rid of our normal sized oven pans. C

My partner and I toured Ora on November 25, 2025, as we were exploring options ahead of our current lease expiration in the neighborhood. The building is beautiful, well-located, and offers great amenities. However, our initial impression was mixed. We arrived about 10 minutes early and waited until the scheduled time while staff remained on their phones, which felt unwelcoming—first impressions are especially important given the rent level. Once the tour began, the leasing agent was kind and did a great job showing the apartments and amenity spaces. She mentioned she would follow up with photos and videos of a one-bedroom we liked, but we never received that information. My family and I have lived here for over a year and find it exceptional. The building amenities including the rooftop pool and gym make it a great place to call home and all the residents genuinely enjoy living here. In addition, the leasing staff and management are friendly and attentive plus the common areas are constantly being cleaned. What really stands out is the maintenance staff. Neo and his entire team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and accommodating. They really have the residents best interests at heart.

Only stayed here for a few months, had to unfortunately leave early because I decided to move out of state for work, Ryan and Samantha were very accommodating of my situation and I really appreciate their help. ALL of the amenities in the building are VERY well taken care of by far one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. I cannot recommend this apartment more. Olivia was very helpful and polite in showing the apartment and expediting the application when I first moved here.
