After 4 years here its great living. Cleanest and most impeccable property in the area. The area is safe with so many choices for everything minutes away. The most receptive and professional long-term office and maintenance staff I have ever experienced (I have lived in many apartments). Anything you need they will quickly make it right. Entire staff are super nice & professional and always follows up. Big beautiful heated, clean pool & deck with gas bbqs along with hot tub plus a well-stocked gym (full sets of free weights and machines) bbq ramadas everywhere (cleaned regularly). Having maintenance backwash the pool daily and add cool water now in the hot months isn't going unnoticed and management's concern for their tenants enjoyment helps residents cool off. Everyone in the leasing office has been great to work with. Leaving Laguna at Arrowhead Ranch and moving into ORA. Community is clean and quiet. Jazzlyn in the leasing office has been a huge with the whole process. Looking forward to getting settled and enjoying the new apartment. Dan

ORA apartments has been a lovely place the live since leaving the city life. The complex itself is very nice. Everyone seems nice and pretty much keep to themselves. It’s close to the freeway, arrowhead and lake pleasant for shopping and dining out. They have a cute dog park area and small playground for kids. The 2 bed 2 bathroom unit layout is very nice and spacious. The pool is always clean and so pretty. The gym is nice and has basic workout equipment. The highlight of this complex is the maintenance team! They are incredible. They are very timely with work orders and do an incredible job with replacements and fixes. I will place a work order and they come to fix within 30 minutes. They are so kind too. They deserve a raise or even praise for keeping the units looking nice and new. I w

My parents lived here for 3 years . They were very happy and felt great , very nice area . Always helpful ppl at the front desk , they always helped and communicated as was requested. My parents left country that’s why they moved out , otherwise they would choose Ora apartments again . I want to thank them on their hospitality and professionalism .

**RENTERS BEWARE** I've lived on this property for about 5 years and I've seen at least 3 property management companies come and go. Each managed differently but when Greystar took over this property it has gone downhill very fast! The manager and most of her team are condescending and rude. It's crystal clear that Greystar puts their residents and this property far behind their larger priorities. After the ridiculous rent hikes they managed to get away with from long term residents over the last two years, the pool was shut down for 6 months last summer for very mediocre upgrades while the major drainage issues throughout the property and 4 ft. sink holes (not potholes) in parking lots go without repair and only get worse! The standing water on multiple locations smells terrible and is br
