I don’t know what to say I applied for an apartment. I got approved and got charged an application and administrative fee. The property manager never responded I called optivo and they were to message me them. I basically got charged fees for nothing……. If you don’t want to rent them stop taking people money

Don’t move here there slum lord’s. They never fix anything they win enbazal your money. You fall threw the step and have to have surgery I’ve had 3 since living Roches bed bugs not heat the worst I’ve ever live the dumpster will be better come on march I’m praying the city close it down

I’m being overcharged $250 more than what I’m supposed to pay, and they keep saying they’re not overcharging me even though I’ve shown proof of my lease and everything. Every time I email, text, or call, they give me the same exact answer and nothing gets fixed. It’s honestly ridiculous and beyond stressful.

I dont get why they make me get rid of a dog cause neighbors make noise, just for someone else to move in with a dog and then they move the problem neighbors that they just moved from another apartment. towed my car that was approved to be on the property with the previous management cost me a grand to get my car out of impound. Then as i read other people's reviews, optivo responds with please call us about concerns. You'll never talk to anyone until they need you.
