Myself and my spouse put in an application for this home and was scammed out of our application fee. This is so unacceptable so beware, each time we tried to call to check the status of our application a lady would rush my spouse off the phone. We just want to make sure our information has not been compromised and possible get our funds back because a report was never ran for this home! Very unacceptable

I have been with this company for almost 5 years and I don't have a single complaint. HK has treated me with such respect and always willing to assist me with whatever I need. This has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever had.

Not a company I wish to deal with (again). They signed a contract on my house with a $2000 Deposit held by Open Door. The buyer backed out on the signed contract and Open Door refused to turn the $2000 over per the contract. They had their attorney contact us telling us we would spend more in attorney fees if we didn't accept a deposit split. So I received $1000 instead of the contracted $2000.

Some weirdo called me from this number shouting random nonsense. do not call me again. I have no idea who you people are.
