After we switched we closed on our home in ~2ish months! We are so grateful to them as we were moving out of state and needed this to be a closed chapter for us, and they delivered! I was initially excited to work with your company, but my recent experience with your representative, Gavin, was disappointing. During our interaction, I felt dismissed and that assumptions were made about my income. When I inquired about the OneApp program, I was told it only assists with credit needs, which is inconsistent with my prior experience and the information provided on your website. Gavin just was not professional and when asked to speak to higher management was not directed towards management either. I have already submitted my application for the property in question which was canceled and was simply seeking clarification on the documentation required and oneapp information. To date, I have not received the requested information regarding the OneApp program. I would’ve great

Gavin was amazing! Super nice and extremely easy to work with. He took time to hear me not just listen. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend him 10 out of ten times. Thanks to Gavin I will be moving into my rental on the 21st of February.
