I’ve lived here for almost 3 and a half years. My review comes from my overall time here and my experience with property management. Oscar, the former property manager, changed my lease without my prior knowledge or consent. He changed my lease from one year to month to month, attempting to nullify the lease contract I already signed prior to him even working there, resulting in month-to-month fees that should have never incurred. When I refused to pay those fees, because my lease should have never been changed, I got a notice on my door saying I was risking eviction. It’s still on my record and has not been taken off. This is ILLEGAL and unprofessional. He also constantly accused me of letting my cats damage the apartment, when there were no damages to begin with. As far as maintenance g

This is a beautiful apartment complex with great views and really nice interiors. I just moved in and I really love my new space. Management has been great so far and maintenance has taken care of all my requests. I would highly recommend living here!

Great location in midTown, tjis place is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. I've only had 1 issue here a slight clogged drain. Therefore I submitted the issue through the portal and within that hour, Victor the maintenance guy had it fixed. Best place in town !!

The apartment is new and spacious but they do not assign parking spaces for each unit so at nights it is impossible to get parking. There are so many cars parked in the parking lot without parking permits and out of state license plates. I’ve been here a few months and I have never seen a tow truck here and they specifically said when I moved in that if you dont have a parking permit, your car will be towed which has never happened. You would expect that an apartment like this would take the time to assign parking spaces but i guess not. Also, if you plan on sleeping in you won’t be able to cause the person on top of you will be walking up and down in heels for no reason which echoes through your bedroom window.

Nice clean new building. Management is nice but very unprofessional. You have to practically do their job for them. If you have any issues you won't get any quick resolve, expect to have to contact management every day and email them and call them and talk to them in the office and remind them of your issue and you still have to wait. once my lease is up I'm not giving it a second thought, will not rent from these people ever again.
