O'Neil Pointe Apartments

Please be aware: Desiree McFadden, the previous property manager (who is guiding the new manager), appears to lack the training and professionalism needed for her role. Her and the previous maintenance man under her staff had previously disrespected my wishes for entering my apartment (they were the only staff members who defied my firm request of asking them to wear masks when entering my apartment they either just didn’t or did but demonstrated an issue with it). Also, After I repeatedly reported a strong sewage like odor entering my unit (B301) an issue that other residents & herself also noticed — she chose to label me as a “problem tenant.” I’m unsure how reporting a legitimate concern qualifies as being problematic. Overall it's a great place to live. The building is mostly nice and new, very few things ever break but they are usually pretty quick to fix them when they are informed about them. My neighbors are all nice. I'm just not a fan of that Forest right beside us. Mostly because of all the spiders. LOL

The lady in the office (Black Lady) is very rude and she picks and chooses who she wants to give apartments to. I am qualified to live there and i have kids and i am currently going to be homeless. I have given all of my information to qualify and was told i do not due to compliance!!

They literally never answer the phone. People have jobs, we can’t just go up there anytime . . . I know they’re there because the phone rang, then the next 2 calls it was busy and then it rang again. If you all don’t want anyone to live there, just say that! Lol

Parking is a little tight. The apartments are beautiful but need a little more closets throughout the apartments.
