I am a visitor at One60 Apartments off Cielo Abierto in Henderson, and I wanted to share my experience. Sandie, the office manager, has been incredibly welcoming and kind each time I’ve visited (at least four times now). From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. The decorations are delightful and thoughtfully done. She even has a tall, slender tree in her office that she decorates for each season — it’s the first thing apartment seekers see, and it creates such a cheerful and memorable impression. She also decorates the great room each season, where the coffee bar is located, adding to the cozy and welcoming environment. I’ve called One60 home for nearly three years, and honestly, it’s meant so much to me to feel truly cared for here. From the very beginning, the front office has gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and supported. Sandy, the office manager, always treats me with kindness and compassion. She listens, responds quickly, and never makes me feel like I’m a bother. That kind of genuine care is rare, and it’s made a real difference in my overall comfort level while living here. The whole property has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and it’s clear that everyone who works here takes pride in making One60 a great place to live. The staff really make the difference. Sandie keeps the common area updated with festivious decorations that match the season! Quick repairs and responsive support. Nice apartments with actual working fitness amenities. Relocated from the East Coast, Great place to call home.

Been living here at ONE60 since 2022. I love living here, amenities are amazing & having a connected parking garage is so underrated. Kennedy & Sandie are amazing & helpful on making sure you’re taken care of. Maintenance is also quick to repair anything wrong in your unit. shoutout to Manny

I’ve lived at ONE60 for almost 2 years and I love it here. It’s quiet and a well maintained property. Sandie, the property manager is on top of any issues there may be along with the maintenance supervisor, Manny. I never have any problems getting work orders done and when I have questions Sandie is very helpful. Manny takes great care of the pool! I recommend ONE60 for a nice place to live :)
