One White Oak Apartments

One White Oak Apartments is truly one of the best places to live. We moved here in July, 6 months now and all these months I have been enjoying living here. The amenities are excellent, and the pool area is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing atmosphere —total weekend vibes. The community feels safe, calm, and very kid-friendly, which matters a lot as a family. The living spaces are huge and well-designed, giving you room to actually breathe (rare these days). Maintenance is super quick—most issues are fixed within a day, which honestly deserves applause. A special shout-out to the property manager, Andrew. He is always friendly, patient, and genuinely listens to tenants. He goes the extra mile to provide the best possible help, and that kind of management makes a big difference in day-to-

My wife and I have had a really great experience living at One White Oak Apartments in Cumming. The apartment complex is always clean and well maintained by the grounds keeping team. They are very friendly and welcoming. The complex offers a ton of amenities — the pool area, putting green, fire pits, and common area to work or hang out. Also, FREE TOP GOLF!! I've literally used the apartment Top Golf card over ten times in less than a year. It's been a very quiet and comfortable apartment complex. The location is so convenient: you’re close to shopping, restaurants, and Highway 400, but still tucked away enough that it doesn’t feel hectic. We can not say enough good things about this apartment complex. My 90 year old mother lived at One White Oak for over 8 years, since it was brand new. The grounds are well maintained, communication is good, staff and team members are attentive and proactive with requests, and the apartments are lovely and very comfortable. The present Apartment Complex Manager (Andrew) is thoughtful and easy to work with. He is very approachable and professional. We appreciate everything the staff did for my mom while she lived at One White Oak the past 8 years. We would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in Cumming, Georgia.

Beautiful complex, friendly staff, great layouts, and reasonable price. I love living here! I'm in a one bedroom and don't feel cramped at all, there is a ton of room suprisingly. The kitchen is AMAZING, the bathroom is HUGE, and the porch with a view is great. The pool area is fantastic as well. Everything is brand new, the gaages are spaxious, it's a nice quite community and everyone is very friendly. Pet friendly, NON SMOKING in the entire complex (even outside), easy entrances with individual key fobs to everything. Close to many restaurants, stores, and the Mall of Ga. Walking distance from an Aldi and Liquor store!
