One Step Rentals

They have several properties that are well kept, clean, quiet and very affordable. If you are looking for short or long-term stays, you will find great accommodations with One Step. Manager and Owners are very welcoming. I have had no disappointments in 4 years. They are client-centered and strive for happy guests and residents. October 2023. Ihave lived in one of the monthly studios for a year at Avanti and I am very happy here. It is very quiet and very clean. Rooms are fully furnished and with kitchenettes so you don't have to eat out! Maintenance issues are handled promptly although I can count on one hand how many I've had in the last year. N

I lived at the corral apartments a couple years ago and the owner was very welcoming and the room was cozy with no complaints. Recently, I accidentally had mail sent there and the I reached out to the owner and staff where they were prompt, professional and glad to help.

I’ve rented from this company at the Avanti Apartments for 3 years. The property managers are great! They are easy to work with and quick to fix any issues.

Great management company to work with, my move in process was simple and easy. Would be happy to work with them again.
