One Riverside Luxury Apartments

The apartment tour with Hans was very impressive from start to finish. He offered a warm greeting and was very genuine, knowledgeable, and professional. While we were on the tour he asked questions about our needs and highlighted features and amenities that will match our needs. After the tour I had more questions and he was prompt in responding, and felt fully informed. Talking to my husband after the tour he also looked at the apartment with the same experience I had with Hans. With both of us touring this amazing apartment we have decided that we will call 1 Riverside our home.

Just toured the property and had a fantastic experience. Hans was absolutely wonderful, super friendly, talkative, and made the whole tour enjoyable. The complex itself is stunning, right alongside the river, and there’s even a Whole Foods being built nearby which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend checking this place out!

I've been here now for 2 months and I truly love the experience so far. The leasing office has great individuals that work there. The amenities are fabulous, a podcast room for one, two they have a separate building for those that are hybrid working from home that is available 24 hours with a printer, restroom, refrigerator, wifi, microwave, an up to date coffee maker that has plenty of various options to choose from and plenty of nice office spaces that you can use to work out of. Plus they also offer 7 story car garage with a soon to be whole food store next to it where we can shop and walk back to our building in secs. And can't forget about the Saint John River right behind us as well. Plus the residents have game night on Friday nights.... awesome.... just loving it...

Ashley is amazing. She was very patient with me, took her time, and made my transition into One Riverside extremely easy. I would also like to mention that her smile will turn your frown upside down. Thank you soo much!!!

Hans has been nothing short of A1. I’m currently deployed, so he did a walk-through with my friend while I joined on FaceTime. He showed every nook and cranny, answered every one of my (at least 20) questions in detail, and never left me confused. His energy is what really sold me on One Riverside — I had a few other places lined up, but after dealing with him, the choice was easy. This is my first apartment in over 15 years, and Hans made the process seamless. His quick responses and professionalism have me locked in, and I’m excited to come home from deployment and finally see in person the peace he has me sold on.
