One Park Apartments

I lived at One Park Apartments in Chula Vista for the last two years. An opportunity came up that I couldn't pass up, otherwise I'd be at these apartments forever! I loved it so much! It's located in Downtown Chula Vista right next to the park. There is always something going on if you like entertainment. Farmers Market, concerts, festivals, parades, plenty of restaurants to eat at and easy access to groceries stores. Every where is walkable! I loved it! Gloria is the property manager at this location and she is very attentive and always on top of everything. She keeps this property clean and well maintained. She's easy to talk to and always understanding. I'm going to miss living there.

I found One Park Apartments in 2017 and have never wanted to leave. The location next to Memorial Park and Downtown Third Ave. is ideal. All festivals, parades, events and activities including the farmer’s market are literally just outside our front door. The building itself is clean and well maintained, updated regularly, requests are addressed promptly. This is a well cared for complex. The manager, Gloria is friendly, professional and responsive. It is clear she takes pride in her work. Gated community, underground parking available, pool area with BBQ, additional parking structure next door. One Park truly is a gem.

Not only are these apartments great they are clean management/manager is awesome there is so much more than to living here on 350 3rd ave to stores and to all freeway access and to fun events happening often all the time downtown Chula Vista there are no better apartments to call home

One Park is a great place to live, great community, located around a lot of great places, quite place and Gloria the manager is very responsive. A lot of recent great updates around the property.

Seriously the worst living experience ever. In the last year and half I've seen THREE property management shifts all worse than the last. Nothing gets done ever if need arises. The walls are extremely thin so you hear every step taken above you. Upkeep of the property is horrible. And worst of all the park in front of the apartment complex is always occupied with homeless men and women.
