One Pacific Place Residences by Broadmoor

I was recently back in Omaha for the first time in 2025 and I stayed with friends who are still residents (10+ years) at the facility. Personally, I was a resident on 3 separate occasions in the past for a total of around 15-18 years. I short, I enjoyed my time there immensely for a variety of reasons. Excellent location in the center of the city with shopping, groceries, and coffee nearby; easy access to the interstate; well maintained units, buildings, and outside landscaping; It is quiet and safe and you have very easy access to the walking/biking trail along the creek. But the most important part of the experience was the people in the office. The maintenance staff is excellent and responsive and they have been there for a long time. The Sales and management staff are outstanding

I have lived in many apartment complexes in Omaha over the years and One Pacific Place is by far the best. The location is convenient. There is green space, park, trails. The landscaping was just updated and is beautiful. Nice staff and fair minded property manager. I initially chose this place because it is so animal-friendly and accepts larger dogs but stayed because it is quiet, safe and the people/neighbors are so nice. Great place to live!

My wife and I have only been here a short time, but already consider One Pacific Place Apartments our new home. With the sudden unexpected sale of our house, the staff at One Pacific Place quickly turned around our new apartment to include a few personal touches. Quiet, respectful, friendly. Gives apartment living a new and refreshing upgrade.

I think One Pacific Place is a hidden gem. You can get to the Interstate, shopping, top restaurants, bars, and entertainment in less than 5 minutes. It's well-maintained and has a view of the golf course. Beautiful.

I have reviewed One Pacific Place before and gave a five star review at that time too. I think it is important for people to know that my five star review remains intact. One Pacific Place is an amazing community and does everything they can to accommodate us that live here. I do not know how they accomplish all that they do with a lean team and so many apartments and townhomes to care for. They do get it done, however, and as quickly as possible. The property manager is so fair and reasonable and the people she has on her team get so much work accomplished and literally bend over backwards to help the older adults that live here. Our common areas are always "eat on the floor" clean and beautifully maintained.
