First, the units here are lovely - high ceilings and very soundproof in a great location. The west-facing views are stunning! However, the complex is not well managed and it is increasingly difficult to justify the pricey rent/amenity fees. For example, it’s very difficult to get in contact with staff if you work normal hours which conflict with their office hours. It would be great if there were more regular checks of the inbox or phone messages. When I moved in, I also let a staff member know of several maintenance issues as noted on my move-in form, and was told that unless it was life threatening, they would get to them eventually and that I shouldn’t submit work orders except for my toilet which was leaking. I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and honestly have had such a great experience. Miss Bailey and Patty are the absolute best, they’ve always been kind, helpful, and quick to handle anything that came up. The maintenance guys know what they’re doing, and will fix anything! They truly care about the residents and it shows. I’m really sad to be moving on soon, but I’ll always appreciate the time I spent living here. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

We moved here in July of 2025 and have enjoyed living at the property. Any time an issue presents itself I've simply logged a ticket in the maintenance system and it's been resolved in a reasonable time frame. Garage door, lobby front door, etc. These are things that malfunction from time to time and if the team is made aware they fix it as soon as possible. If I have to voice any concerns it would be the elevators and conduct of some tenants. The elevators are covered by vendors of the property (not serviceable by OOP staff, legally) and in my experience they're resolved in a reasonable timeframe. The other part would be how some of the other tenants handle their trash and upkeep of the common areas. That being said the team here tends to notice and resolve in a timely manner as well. Ver

Management here is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They actually take the time to understand what the issue is instead of brushing it off. Communication is clear, and you’re not left wondering what’s going on. Maintenance has been prompt and professional and work is done right the first time. It’s clear they care about keeping the property in good shape and making sure residents are taken care of. Overall, a well-run place with a team that’s responsive and competent.

I have loved my time here! The staff truly goes above and beyond, making this place feel like home. Despite the usual ups and downs of apartment living, the team is always responsive and helpful. The location is perfect, and you can't beat the rent for the quality you get.
