One Eton Square Apartments

I give Nicole five stars across the board. She helped me a lot and made the process of getting into my apartment smooth and stress-free. Nicole always responded to my emails and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I also want to give five stars to all the ladies in the office — they are very helpful and professional. While maintenance can be a bit slow at times, I understand that there are a lot of apartments in this complex. When my door started acting up, maintenance came out, fixed the issue, and even installed a brand-new lock with a key. The maintenance staff is very nice and respectful. I live here currently. And they really should tear the apartment complex down. Take it from somebody who lives here currently.DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Vesta Reality is the WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN TULSA!!!!They pride themselves on taking over older properties and so called saving them and fixing them up. But they don’t fix a damn thing!!!! The stairs are always broken and or missing steps. Mailboxes out here stay being broken into!!!! Office refuse to do anything about it!! Water system is trash and or hardly ever works. You have to turn on multiple water sources just to get hot water somewhere else. Or you have hardly no water pressure. Maintenance around and for the property is almost non existence. I have maintenance request open since November-December and it’s almost February Not On

If ever there were an apartment complex indicative of the need for anti-trust regulations with real estate companies, this would be it. Do not trust any advertisements. Especially about their “pools.” Their pools are disgusting, flooded, algae and bug infested all year around. The pool is currently as green as grass. By far the worst experience of any apartment I’ve had. There was a large 11 degree slope caving in on my third floor apartment next to the stairs where I walk down. I complained repeatedly, and what did they do? Instead of repaving the concrete where there was a depression, they destroyed the concrete directly in front of my apartment door and window, making it hard to breathe and get in and out of my own apartment. I could go on for days how horrible my experience has become But please do your research on vesta own properties. The local news station has been covering the issues. Granted, some of the problems that eton square has existed with its previous owners, but those existing problems are definitely not going to get fixed by Vesta. They have actually become worse. They don’t fix things around the property. Cold water has been an on going issue. The maintence team is the biggest joke I don’t know where they found them. The people around me are moving out and units have been vacant. They will also raise your rent by over 25%. Don don’t be fooled by some of the amenities and fake 5star reviews this complex is going down hill

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES. Money hungry company running these apartments do not move here. Every month there’s some sort of hot water issue. Surprise charges with no backing to them when you move out. Save yourself the headache and keep looking they slapped the luxury tag on them but it’s not luxury living at all. You will pay for amenities that don’t work like the gate being open my whole residency. Everything about your payments goes up each lease signing from rent, seeer, trash collection and all.
