One City Center

I love living here. The building is high end. The amenities are beautiful. The views are fabulous. The staff treats you like you are the only tenant that lives here. They actually care about you and your happiness. The maintenance staff is excellent and friendly. The people who live in the building are respectful. The security staff help in so many ways. I absolutely love living here. I've lived in multiple buildings in downtown durham and this is by FAR the BEST experience in a condo building so far. I will be staying.

The location, views, amenities, and atmosphere are perfect! Durham is a wonderful hidden gem with almost everything anyone could want. The apartments at One City Center put you right on top of it all. The night-time skyline view from your floor to ceiling windows look like Durham is right at your fingertips and the ability to walk to anything you desire is worth it as well. Security is great, onsite parking is good, and overall it has the feel of an expensive NY apartment building. As a tenant I can easily say that One City Center is the place to be.

Just moved in after 10 years in Boston where I was paying almost double for smaller space and fewer amenities. I feel like I’m living in luxury. Beautiful common areas - pool with stunning views is available all year (heated)- unheard of! The management team and staff are the difference- you can have a beautiful home with stunning views and amenities but if the professional infrastructure is not top notch your satisfaction is short-lived. Everyone is top shelf with impeccable service delivery. Can’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff are what makes this feel like a home vs. an apartment! Kudos to all.

We have lived in One City Center since October and absolutely love it. The view from our place is incredible. The amenities are 5 star and the staff is amazing. And the location in downtown Durham can’t be beat!

I have had a great experience living at one city. The community is clean, quiet, and feel safe. The management team is always friendly and responsive. This location is also super convenient with easy access to all of the restaurants and bars in downtown, and it’s been a comfortable place to call home
