First time home buyer here. I am very pleased with Carolina and her team. I took the Virginia Housing course following a luncheon with a Richmond Representative and their goal was to educate everyone of us. Appreciate the time and dedication they took to communicate with me all the specific details needed to know at the time of searching and buying a home. Not to mention, the closing process went smoothly and fast. There was an instant trust to work with them throughout the entire home buying process.

The absolute WORST title company I have ever encountered in my 8 years and real estate attorney and investor. Carolina was rude, unprofessional and ill informed. Her emails were constantly littered with typos and grammatical errors, she even created issues that were of no consequence to closing. Even the seller had to tell her she was wrong after she threatened to withhold seller payouts for absolutely no reason. I have also never encountered a title company who takes the seller’s agent off the emails and decides to send the seller an addendum extending closing without their agent’s knowledge or consent. Her conduct was so egregious I had to report her to the Virginia State Corporation Commission. Avoid this title company at all costs. I hope she gets shut down. You have been warned.
