Let me tell you the about the staff in the front office! Sarah and Alicia are by far the sweetest humans I have dealt with. I never had any issues living at this complex and even after moving they helped me so much. I am expecting my first child and life has been crazy!!!! I had packages arrive almost a year after moving and they still reached out to me to let me know I could pick them up. They are an absolute god send. Finding people who care about others is hard these days, but they truly do. Thank you guys for being a blessing! I truly hope you stay just as kind as the first time I met you! ❤️ life is already hard its nice to find people who are genuinely good!!

So far my stay here has been great! My husband and I were in a tough position because he was on deployment and I still lived in Ohio at the time. All I could do was look for apartments online and pray I found a good one in a decent part of town. I called Once Central and Sarah made it very clear that they worked well with military and complexities which come with that. As I was new to the apartment process, she was very patient and helpful answering questions, as well as emailing me back in a timely fashion. The apartment was clean when we arrived and everything was working properly. One of my favorite aspects is the big storage space on the deck. As far as I know, One Central seems to be in a good area of Newport News now being here in person.

Due to being in the military, I have not been able to visit the complex, but just off the customer service alone- 5 Stars. SarahThi Albang helped us tremendously. She was patient, informative, and real every step of the way with us. Even after 30 calls later from MY end trying to figure out my family and I life, she still remained a positive attitude. Unfortunately, that rare these days. Once I arrive to this complex to officially live, I'll update my review. Until then, One central you have a keeper don't lose her. Thank you Sarah!

Sarah, She is friendly and willing to go above and beyond for tenants. Make you really feel like family!!! I’m incredibly thankful for her and all she did for me.

Aw, Sarah in the office is the absolute SWEETEST! I am a mom of a 10 month old and called the office to let them know that he was sleeping as I had about 30 minutes to get to the office to drop off my rent check. Told them I would rush it over! Sarah then offered to come get it from my apartment to keep me from having to wake him or rush and that is definitely the sweetest and most thoughtful thing someone has done for me as a new mom in a while! Thank you Sarah, for always being so sweet, professional and caring! Also, happy birthday again!!!!
