One Canal Apartment Homes

I been at One Canal for 4+ years and in the past, it was a great place to live. The maintenance team & the grounds crew are fantastic, and the concierge teams are attentive & dedicated. However, the building is definitely starting to show its age, and while there have been some nice areas of refresh, the aging is visible in parts of the exterior and very much inside the units themselves. If you are looking for luxury/high-end, make sure you see the actual unit before committing to ensure things are up to date and as promised to align with the rental pricing.

The building staff continues to exceed all expectations. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated team; they handle every request with such professionalism and care that the entire process feels completely seamless. Their commitment to going above and beyond does not go unnoticed.

I can only speak for the concierge team. They are beyond amazing and when I tell you on top of things they don't miss a beat. If it were not for them id be lost. They've made my move easier. Literally have babied me through it all. I feel terrible cause im always asking questions and they are just so helpful and always cool about it. Idk how much they get paid but it isn't enough. My apartment is gorgeous and so is the building and the ppl are kind. I love it here.

One Canal is a world-class community with exceptional amenity spaces. Even better, if that is possible, Winsor and Brian could not have been more welcoming, helpful, and supportive. They went above and beyond to be sure I had all my questions answered. Having toured a number of Boston properties in the Seaport and waterfront areas, OC is top notch and a rare to find. Having now arrived at One Canal, the entire OC team has been wonderful and the property is amazing.

Oh it’s amazing! For the last 3 years i’ve lived at one Canal every time i’ve needed anything David has always been spot on. Even if it’s something at 3am David always takes care of it and with the highest levels of hospitality. Thank you as always!
