One Boynton Apartments

We absolutely love living at One Boynton! Our unit is spacious, beautifully maintained, and anytime we need something, the online maintenance request system makes it quick and simple. The clubhouse and pools feel like a luxury resort—truly stunning. One of the best parts is the location: we can walk to great shopping, amazing restaurants, and even the beach without ever needing to get in the car. There are so many added touches at 1B like multiple hot tubs, a lending library, the UPS store to look after your deliveries, trash pickup right at your door, and events every month! A special shout-out to Alexa in the leasing office—she’s incredible! She made our move-in process seamless and has been so helpful every step of the way. Even our dog is just as happy here as we are. We just moved into One Boynton and so far we love it!! Alexa helped us from our tour all the way through to getting our keys. She has been so patient and so great helping us move in! The atmosphere is great here and we’re so happy we picked One Boynton to be our Florida home!

We signed our lease today and had such a great experience working with Jorge the leasing consultant. From the very first tour, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through every detail clearly, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how responsive and professional he was throughout everything. You can tell he truly cares about helping people feel confident in their decision. We’re so excited to move in and really appreciate how positive and seamless the experience was. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a new place!

The Team here is outstanding! I've been living here about a year and it's the best move I have made since I moved down here! The amenities are great, service is best-in-class from the leasing office ( Alexa, Nathaniel and George sorry if I am missing anyone), to the maintenance team who work so diligently to keep this community a great place to live. I had an issue recently and the maintenance staff were quick to respond, and Hugo went above and beyond to ensure my issues were resolved in a timely manner.

We have moved to One Boynton recently. Nathan was great in getting us settled. One of the perks...free yoga classes! I have attended a few and they are great! Outdoors, with an amaizing yoga teacher Becca Pace. Can't wait for the next class ☺️
