On the Boulevard Apartments

Awesome staff, perfect location, good value. Neighbors are all nice. Since moving in here, I have encountered several people who used to live here and they all have nothing but nice things to say as well!

Best place to live in tri cities. No negative vibes from the people who work here and they live here as well so your actually going to get the help you ask for!! Has beautiful nature and trees everywhere. It smells amazing outside. No trash anywhere. No loud people. No annoying cars driving by. Truly just a community of people that want peace and to live comfortably. I appreciate not having to pay an arm and leg. You think they have everything then BAM "we also have this" and "we also have that" it just gets better and better. Truly any other apartments TRY BETTER! Cause they CANNOT compare to on the boulevard not even if they tried!! 10/10 would recommend. Dream apartment 🥰🥰🥰

Recently moved back to Tri-Cities and decided to call On The Boulevard home. It's been a great choice! Never have issues with neighbors, parking or staff. Management is always available to help or answer my questions. Maintenance is prompt in resolving any requests. I love it so much I even recommended it to a coworker who moves in this month. I really can't say enough nice things about this property and the people who run it. Pet friendly is a huge plus! Finn, the office mascot, is my favorite staff of all!! :)

I've lived in these apartments for 5 years now and I don't want to leave! The management and office workers are very nice, and they really care about their residents! No hidden fees, and rent stays what they said it'd be when you sign the lease. Maintenance is on top of things as well. Nice area to walk around, and there's a walking path nearby! Would recommend!

I currently live at on the boulevard, and I couldn’t be more happier ❤️ the staff in the office are more than lovely more than understanding, and the friendliest of them all! Maintenance also friendly, and top of their game 🥹 spacious apartments, lots of room, and most of all they allow your furry friends. They love animals! I’ve lived here two years and their apartments hold up amazing. If it’s a problem to you (washing machine not working, dishwasher breaks) it’s a problem to them! This is our first time living on our own and we never want to leave!!!! They’re family here and made this place feel like home the second we moved in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
