On Q Property Management

Been working with on Q for a few months. I wanted to get away from managing my own property. The process was smooth and simple. The entire team has been great. I will say dealing with Amy Jennings has been great. I truly appreciate her care and ability to make sure the property runs smooth. She gets things done asap and keeps me informed. Truly above and beyond.

As an HVAC contractor, we are very selective in who we choose to work with. I can say in full confidence that Amy & the OnQ Property Management team have been a PHENOMINAL to partner with. From Amy's prompt responses as it relates to getting the home owners and tenants HVAC needs taken care of, to her positive attitude and over all joy for what she does. I had them come out to do some carpet repair. It was a small job, but they came out and inspected it and gave me my options. The entire experience was professional and they really worked with my schedule to fit me in. They did a great job and were in and out quickly. Junior is also extremely friendly and is someone I would definitely go to for future work.

Jackie R does a great job. She is always prompt to return calls and emails. Really appreciate her. Mason also did a great job with the inspection and was very friendly and knowledgeable

Nicolette was a huge help in assisting me with getting my tenant scheduled for an repair. She communicated clearly, responded quickly, and made the coordination process simple and smooth. I really appreciate her professionalism and support throughout!
