UPDATE 6/30/2022: I had the best closing experience with On Point (Bea) and the attorney Anthony. Professional is one of the words I would use to describe them, but kind and compassionate is what I would rather use. The whole staff is thoughtful and caring to the needs of both the buyer and the seller, but above all they sit down and explain all the documents to you so you walk out of the room fully understanding all of your paperwork. I cannot recommend them enough and would say you should absolutely use them when purchasing a property. OLD: You have to ask yourself when purchasing a home whose hands are you truly in? When you have a company like this that treat you like family, it takes the stress out of a big life decision.
