On Point Home Inspector

On point home inspection were very responsive and easy to work with. The inspection was thorough and the inspector whose name is Randy was more than happy to explain all of the details he was seeing as he was performing the inspection. The Report was laid out well and easy to read with great pictures. About as simple and pleasant experience as you can expect from someone you are paying to point out every problem with your new home. Randy made me feel at ease purchasing my house; it was stressful enough without worrying about any hidden issues. I called Randy from On Point home inspection from a referral who was very satisfied with his work. I purchased a 30 -year-old home that was completely renovated so I can use it as a rental. I needed to know being that it was old that the integrity of the house was good. Randy was so thorough that he inspected from the roof to the top attic crawlspace to the crawlspace under the house. Thank goodness for Randy as he actually found a section of the ductwork that was cut out and I was losing air pressure and he did find some defective water line fittings under the house.
