What I am hearing that's happening to my family with this company is not ok one bit. I am so upset right now I can barely type this massage I am trying to find out if this is my family and I am military. See what can be done they have been stocked by one of your owners who lied to say he was a maintenance sup to access there apt he walked around and was very disrespectful to the crew and my family he watch when there going to work he parks behind the building to watch inside there apt faulty electric here is video him blaming fault on a man name Adolfo power went out so this is his excuses this Is behind apt building if you wanted to look inside windows you could on this side

I hate to leave comments like this but im very disappointed and a little upset about a situation im having that's not really being addressed in a timely manner. Im leasing a duplex. Its pretty reasonable. Nice area. and everything was okay up until about a month or so ago. my old neighbor moved and I got new neighbors and the issue started when they started using their washer and its draining into my side of the duplex. Now maintenance did come out and try to fix it and i appreciate that very much but nothing worked and the only reasonable thing that should had been done is for them to stop using their washer until the problem is resolved and that is why my old neighbor always went to the laundromat because I would see him with clothes baskets because this problem has been an issue for a

I would highly suggest not leasing from Online real estate services. Unless you like roach infestations, noisy neighbors, and unjust move out charges. The entire year we lived here we had to endure roaches from the apartments around us and constant chemicals being sprayed in and around our apartment. Trust me, find another realty company.

Avoid this company at all costs. They “lost” two of my overnighted money orders ($600 and $400) even though I pay rent ahead of time. The apartment looked nothing like the outdated photos online — no promised tub, no backyard with bench, nothing they advertised. They even admitted in writing the website hasn’t been updated in years. These features were the reason I chose the apartment, and finding out after moving in was incredibly frustrating. Unit wasn’t painted or wired properly before move-in, and now they’re threatening charges for things that were clearly AS IS when I got the keys. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and will try to pass the costs to you. Misleading, unprofessional, and stressful. The staff was very friendly and informative throughout the entire process of getting a place to live. From viewing the property to getting the paperwork and even through the move-out process, they smoothly handled and lined out all of the details for what was needed and what to expect. I would recommend them to a friend and am thankful for the wonderful service and place to live they helped me secure. Robin and Melissa C. were helpful to answer all of my questions and were responsive in a very timely manner to me when I reached out for something.
