Taylor was great. Professional, very thorough, and explained everything he found to me. I really liked his report, it was very complete and easy to read and understand. Taylor did a great job inspecting the house and was very thorough. He was on time for the appointment and did not require my realtor to be let into the house. He had his own electronic key to open the box on the door. His report was clear and any problems were represented with photographs of the actual issue at hand. He was also willing to answer all the questions I had before the appointment was scheduled no matter how silly they might have seemed to him.
