Using Omni as a rental company for a home. Process has overall been pretty easy compared to a previous rental I have used. Many different ways to contact their local staff prior to and during rental period and they have been responsive to all questions and comments, even during the 2026 Ice Storm.

Mindy was our leasing agent and she was a pleasure to work with. Omni made sure everything in our home was great prior to move in, and they were very prompt with any further help that we needed.

Overall it was a great experience renting from Omni. They were always very prompt with any questions we had.

Horrible policies at this company. If you have ever had a pet, don’t even apply. I had to replace carpet from a complex I was at for 3 years (with no issue btw) and because I had to replace carpet we were denied. They make no exceptions even if that’s the only thing in your rental history. We don’t even have a pet any more and don’t plan to obtain one. 8/27/25 Update - Let’s be clear; it was not thousands of dollars. It was 200 to replace carpet in 1 bedroom due to 1 spot in that room. I told you all that and Mindy Claud nor Jessica Gentry would speak with me, let me provide receipts or were willing to have the complex clarify. This was my first time ever renting and I thought it was a scam how smooth things were going. Dealing with Mindy was amazing and smooth as butter. Omni Realtors and Property Management are the best in the business. If you are looking for a rental property, please contact them asap.
