Olympus Preserve at Town Center

My friend recently moved here from Tampa, and honestly, Olympus Preserve has been an amazing choice. From the moment they moved in, everything felt smooth and well-organized. The apartments are clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the community itself is quiet, safe, and welcoming. The management and staff are professional, responsive, and friendly, which makes a huge difference when you’re settling into a new city. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and you can tell they genuinely care about residents. The location is another big plus — convenient, well-kept, and close to everything without feeling overcrowded. Coming from Tampa, my friend was worried about adjusting, but Olympus Preserve really made the transition easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this community to anyo

Olympus Preserve Apartments really impressed me, especially the club house. The fact that they have a pool table alone had me sold. The space feels well thought out and actually designed for residents to enjoy, not just look nice in photos. Huge shoutout to Jordan, he was incredibly helpful and gave an amazing tour. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming.

We just moved in and love it already, if you want a smooth experience, work with Jordan, he is so patient and kind! So much so that we moved Grandma on the floor below! There were a few things we had to get fixed and all got addressed asap. Everyone has been kind and helpful, Rob is awesome and genuinely cares, it is reflected in the upkeep of the neighborhood.

Olympus is honestly terrible. Overpriced ane poorly managed. Management care pre about getting food trucks in here then the actual maintenance and upkeep of the property and their tenants. My dishwasher was broken for almost two months with no effort to replace in a timely manner. Pest control leaves apartments unsecure after entering. Management is unresponsive most times without several follow up emails. Rules are never enforced here. I would not recommend living here. Unsure how there are so many palette reviews.
